Robert E. Carroll, Esq
. is a graduate of Kansas State University in 1973 and Pace Law School in 1981.  Mr. Carroll was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1982 and has specialized in the practice of Workers' Compensation Law since 1982. In addition to being admitted to practice Law in the State of New York, he is also admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and before the United States District Court.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Westchester County Bar Association, New York State Workers' Compensation Bar Association and participates in programs of the New York Claims Association.
 
Paul R. Siminerio, Esq. is a graduate of Rider College in 1975 and New York Law School in 1980.  Mr. Siminerio was admitted to the New York State Bar in June of 1980.  Between 1980 and 1982, Mr. Siminerio was employed in general practice.  In 1982 he became an associate attorney in the Firm of Cherry, Edson & Kelly, LLP. and was made a partner in 1984.   He is a member of the New York State Workers' Compensation Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, New York Self Insurers Association and New York Claims Association.

Ralph E. Magnetti, Esq. is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oneonta in 1979 and Pace Law School in 1987.  Mr. Magnetti was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1987 after which he became affiliated with the firm of Kelly & Carroll.  In 1989, Mr. Magnetti, became an associate of our firm.  He became a partner in July, 1993. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Workers' Compensation Bar Association.

Scott Dembner, Esq. is a graduate of New York University in 1981 and  Southwestern University School of Law in 1984.  Mr. Dembner was admitted to the New York State Bar in July, 1987.  From 1985 until joining our firm as an associate attorney in October, 1989, Mr. Dembner specialized in the field of Workers' Compensation.  Mr. Dembner became a partner in our firm on January 1, 1996.  He is a member of American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association and the New York State Workers' Compensation Bar Association.

David W. Faber, Esq. graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in May, 1989 and from the University of Buffalo, School of Law, in May, 1992. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in April, 1993 and to the Connecticut Bar in March, 1993.  He joined our firm in June, 1993 and became a partner in January, 2000. He is a member of the New York State Workers' Compensation Bar Association. David presented the highest number of prevailing arguments of all attorneys who presented workers' compensation- related appeals in 2009 and 2010 before the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department.

James U. Cavanagh, Esq. is a graduate of the State University at Albany in 1984 and Pace University Law School in 1994.  Mr. Cavanagh joined the firm in January of 1995 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in March, 1995. Mr. Cavanagh became a partner in the firm in March, 2002.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Westchester County Bar Association and New York State Workers' Compensation Bar Association.

William T. Burke, Esq. is a graduate of Boston University in 1984 and Suffolk University Law School in 1990.  Mr. Burke was admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar in December, 1990 the New York State Bar in June 1991.  From 1991 until joining our firm in April, 1997, Mr. Burke specialized in the field of Workers' Compensation Law.  He became a partner in our firm in July, 2003. Mr. Burke is a member of the New York State Bar Association and New York State Workers' Compensation Bar Association.

Morgan E. Shulman, Esq. is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University in 1990 and from Brooklyn Law School in 1993.  Ms. Shulman was admitted to the New York State and New Jersey State Bars in 1994 and specializes in Workers' Compensation Law.  She joined our firm in February of 2000, and became a partner in 2005.  Ms. Shulman is also a member of the Queens County Bar Association.
         
Shayne L. Dorr, (Melchin) Esq. is a graduate of Stonehill College, Easton, Massachusetts in 1994 and New York Law School in June, 1999. Ms. Dorr was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in June, 2000 and to the New York State Bar in November, 2000.  She joined our firm in January, 2002.  Ms. Dorr is a member of the American Bar Association, New York Bar Association, City of New York Bar Association, Massachusetts State Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.

Michelle I. Allen, Esq. is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany in 1989 and from Brooklyn Law School in 1993.  Ms. Allen was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1994.  Prior to joining our firm in February 2003, Ms. Allen was a senior associate at Rivkin Radler, LLP, where she represented insurance carriers in complex environmental coverage litigation, title disputes and commercial litigation.  Ms. Allen is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Alissa M. Picardi, Esq. is a graduate of St. John's University in 2003 and St. John's University School of Law in 2006.  Ms. Picardi was admitted to the New York State Bar in April of 2007 and the New Jersey State Bar in December of 2006.  She joined the Firm in July of 2008 and has worked exclusively in the field of Workers' Compensation Law since 2006. 

Letal Algazy, Esq. is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany in 2000 and New York Law School in 2004.  Ms. Algazy was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2005 and the New Jersey Bar in 2005.  Ms. Algazy joined the firm in January 2009 and has specialized in the field of workers' compensation defense for over three years.  She is a member of the New York County Bar Association.

Richard L. LaRose, Jr., Esq. is a graduate of St. Lawrence University in 1993 and Western New England College School of Law in 1997.   He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1998.  He has specialized in the field of workers’ compensation defense since 1999 and joined the firm in February 2011.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
